c) Less than 15 days before travel

  • Limited or no refund may be available
  • Most bookings at this stage are non-refundable

d) No-show (failure to travel)

  • No refund will be issued

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are typically non-refundable:

  • Discounted or promotional bookings
  • Airline tickets (depending on fare rules)
  • Visa processing fees
  • Last-minute bookings
  • Customized or special request services

5. Changes Instead of Refunds

In many cases, changes may be offered instead of refunds:

  • Date changes
  • Travel credit (where applicable)
  • Alternative packages or destinations

Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.


6. Cancellations by Purpose Tours and Travel

If we cancel your booking due to circumstances within our control:

  • An option to reschedule or choose an alternative

If cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics):
